Step 1.Go to the Top Menu of LG Xenon by hitting the square with 4 dots.

Step 2.Go to Settings.

Step 3.Press Phone.

Step 4.Select Reset Settings

Step 5.Press Master Reset

Step 6. Input 0000 when asked for a security code.
